Anaerobic Digester

  • Our anaerobic digester, often referred to simply as a digester, is a specialized biological reactor used for the treatment and decomposition of organic matter, primarily in the form of organic waste or sludge.
  • Unlike aerobic processes that require oxygen, anaerobic digestion occurs in the absence of oxygen.

Two Stage Extended Aeration

  • Our Two-stage extended aeration is a wastewater treatment process that involves the use of two separate aeration tanks or stages to enhance the biological treatment of sewage or industrial wastewater.
  • This approach provides extended contact time for microorganisms to break down organic pollutants and remove nutrients, resulting in a more efficient and stable treatment process.
  • Two-stage extended aeration systems are favored for their ability to efficiently remove organic pollutants and nutrients from wastewater while providing stability and flexibility in handling variations in influent characteristics

Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR)

  • Our Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is used for sewage treatment and industrial wastewater purification.
  • MBR combines biological treatment with membrane filtration, resulting in superior effluent quality.
  • MBR sewage treatment systems are favored for their ability to produce high-quality effluent, their compact design, and their potential for water reuse applications.

Chemical Coagulation

  • Our Chemical coagulation involves in the addition of specific chemicals, known as coagulants, to destabilize and aggregate the fine particles present in the water.
  • The coagulants neutralize the charges on the particles, allowing them to come together and form larger, heavier clumps called flocs. These flocs are easier to separate from the water through sedimentation or filtration.
  • Chemical coagulation is an essential step in the overall treatment process to improve the quality of water by reducing turbidity, colour, and the presence of contaminants. Common coagulants include aluminium sulphate (alum) and ferric chloride.

Elecrto Coagulation

Our EC is a technology of applying an electrical charge (Direct Current) to alter the particles surface charges so the particles will coagulate and settle. Here are the advantages of the Electro Coagulation,

  • It minimizes the use of Chemicals including Chemical preparation and Dosing system.
  • Efficient reduction of Heavy Metals, Silica, Hardness, Emulsify Oil and BOD & COD.
  • Generates a small volume of sludge which is also easy to handle.
  • Lower operating cost compared to Chemical Coagulation.
  • Does not increase the TDS of treated water compared to Chemical Coagulation.
